Salma El-Wardany and Riz Lateef are joining BBC Radio London’s Breakfast Show, starting from 31 October. Salma will front the show from Monday to Thursday from 7:00am to 10:00am, and Riz will present on Friday mornings. Salma joined BBC Radio London in 2018; she currently presents the station’s Friday afternoon show. Riz is the main face of BBC London News on BBC One.

She will be coordinating the Eliza Edit, the title's upcoming newsletter, which will launch in early November.

Daniel Keane (@danpkeane) has moved to the health beat at the Evening Standard, working across print and digital. Daniel, now Health Reporter, was previously Acting Assistant News Editor and covered general news.

The Financial Times has appointed Sujeet Indap as Wall Street Editor in New York. In this newly created role, Sujeet will help coordinate coverage on the biggest stories in American finance. He is currently the FT’s US Editor of the Lex Column, where he writes on M&A, corporate restructurings and the intersection of finance and corporate law. In his new role, Sujeet will continue with his Lex responsibilities as well as continue to lend his expertise to the FT’s New York newsroom to deliver even more deeply-reported, high-impact coverage of Wall Street.
