André Langlois (@SeldonMoore) has been appointed Editor of the National World website LondonWorld, effective in January. André currently leads Newsquest’s weekly North London titles, including the Hampstead & Highgate Express, Islington Gazette, Hackney Gazette, and the Brent & Kilburn Times.

Belfast Live Editor Ryan Smith (@Ryan_Smith94) will be moving to New York early next year as Editor of the IrishStar.com, an upcoming Reach launch aimed at the Irish American community. Reporters will also be based in Boston, Pennsylvania and Ireland.

S4C
Ifan Morgan Jones (@ifanmj) will be joining S4C in January as Editor of S4C Newyddion, the Welsh-language website and app. Ifan founded the national news website Nation.Cymru, was Deputy Editor of Golwg magazine and edited the news website Golwg360. His most recent role was leading the journalism course at Bangor University.

Ed Oldfield (@Ed_Oldfield) is the new Editor of the Wellington Weekly News and West Somerset Free Press, responsible for both print and digital. Ed joins Tindle from Reach, where he was Agenda Editor for their South West titles.

The Wall Street Journal
The Sunday Times Editor Emma Tucker has been named as the next Editor-in-Chief of The Wall Street Journal, effective in February. She succeeds Matt Murray, who will move to a senior position at News Corp in March after a transition period.
